When I want to improve my nutrition and diet my first thought is; what foods can I add? This is because a wider range of foods equals more nutritional exposure to a variety of micro nutrients and minerals. It’s easy to fall into the trap of eating the same – but try and mix it up a little. Rather than focusing on cutting out or restricting certain foods – try and add ones that will enjoy and will nourish you. To eat well, eat wide!
