Katrina Keeling

L3 Dip in Personal Training & Nutrition.  Specialist in women’s health; pre & post-natal, menopause, and seniors.

I’m Katrina, (you can call me KK) and I specialise in helping women get healthier, happier, fitter, and stronger for whatever life throws at us.  My focus is supporting ladies as we adjust to the big changes in our lives and our bodies; having babies, raising children, and then as we approach and go through menopause and into our senior years and old age. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in my 40s and found out, to my surprise, that you don’t have to be a fitness fanatic, or eat weird food to be fit and healthy, in fact, these extremes often aren’t good for us at all.  My coaching focuses on clarity through specific achievable actions, building confidence in your choices around fitness and diet, and making changes that will last you a lifetime.

Better Through Change

Having been working full time as a fitpro since 2017, I also bring 25 years of experience working in behaviour change with me; I’ll guide, inspire and coach you to achieve a healthier approach to improving your fitness; make sure you focus your efforts in the right places to get the results you want.  If you’re looking to make some positive changes to your life, I’m the right person to have by your side, give you advice, keep you accountable and guide you.

But what does this mean for you?

I’ll coach you to achieve and sustain your best possible fitness at any age; empowering you to make the right choices for yourself.  Whatever your stage of life; pre and post-natal, peri-menopause, beyond menopause and into old age and our senior years.
