I offer both online and in-person consultations and coaching, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.  Whether you prefer the flexibility of training at home, outdoors or in a gym, I provide expert guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals.  My approach focuses on creating sustainable, enjoyable fitness routines that fit into your lifestyle while addressing specific needs such as functional strength, mobility and overall well-being. 

I   work closely with health practitioners, including GPs, private and NHS, consultants, physiotherapists, health visitors, and midwives to ensure that your fitness plan complements any medical treatments you are receiving or health conditions you have.  This collaborative approach ensures that your training is safe, effective and aligned with your healthcare needs, helping you achieve optimal results in a supportive and informed way.
