Personal Training is available as part of monthly coaching or as a flexible Pay As You GO service (message me for prices as it will vary depending on if online or location if in person). As an experienced, qualified professional, I offer expert advice to suit your goals. You might be: new to exercise, short on time and want to maximise your efforts; getting back to fitness after a break; you may have had a baby or be approaching or going through a life-changing event.
