I’m Katrina (you can call me KK) and I help women get healthier, happier, fitter and stronger for whatever life throws at us. My focus is supporting ladies as we adjust to the big changes in our lives and our bodies; particularly having babies, raising children and as we go through the menopause. If I’m not doing something fitness related, I love reading, messing around in the kitchen and Dorset walks with my chocolate labrador.
