I’m no fortune teller, but here’s what I do know is going to happen in 2021 when you embark on a new fitness and diet regime with good intentions …. you’ll lose motivation, get bored, think its not making a difference, want to quit, be impatient, find yourself busy with other things, get your head turned by different methods making promising. My tip is to factor this all in and expect it before you even start. You know it’s going to happen, so when it does, don’t let it completely derail you. Make it easier for you to refocus and restart. These things will happen and you will still get results. This is all part of the process and once you realise this, there’s no need to feel guilty or for self-recrimination. All. Completely. Normal.
