About Me
I’m Katrina (you can call me KK) and I help midlife women get healthier, happier, fitter and stronger for whatever life throws at us. My focus is supporting you adjust to the big changes in your life; having babies, raising a family, approaching and going through the menopause. If I’m not doing something fitness related, I love reading, messing around in the kitchen and Dorset walks with my chocolate labrador.
