About Me
Hi, I’m Katrina, a Personal Trainer, Exercise Referral Specialist and the co-owner of WOW Ladies Fitness in Wimborne, Dorset. I specialise in women’s health, seniors’ fitness, and supporting those with chronic medical conditions. Fitness is for everyone, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve evidence-based improvements to get healthier, happier, fitter, and stronger—whatever life throws their way.
When I’m not working, I enjoy history books and podcasts, experimenting in the kitchen, and exploring Dorset’s beautiful countryside with my chocolate Labrador.
